Why are you here?

Isn't that the last question you want your customer to ask?


At some point the thought of "why?" must be addressed, and the sooner the better. So, here I am representing Clover Digital Media in my first blog post and I have to tell you, like many business owners, I have pondered this question deeply.


As a business, what is my purpose? Bringing value to my customers through a comprehensive offering of digital services that enhances my clients' messaging and brings them confidence in their brand. Then, they get back the time they may have been pouring into developing their online presence so they can get back to the business that matters most to them.


Basically, it's "let me do what I enjoy most, so you can too." Developing a strong media and marketing base centers around the purpose of the people that makes that business come alive. The intrinsic value of a solid, positive and selective marketing message along with a well crafted set of business goals makes clear what your business is offering: solutions for your customers.

 

Start by answering that biggest of questions, "Why are you in business?", and then go from there.


I have been drawing, singing and writing to promote the ideas I believed in most since I was a child. Developing media materials for small- and medium-sized companies throughout the Midwest United States for the past 20 or so years has consistently given me a sense of joy in helping others succeed. I really love taking ideas and breathing life into them through art and words.


Since, my days as a news reporter, small-town newspaper editor and creative director for a string of regional magazines, I have learned how to connect with the mom and pops as well as the foundational businesses that continue to provide stability and support for communities around the country.


I'd love to do that for your business. Let's figure out that funnel concept you've been pondering for the last month or the SEO sensation you've trying to drum up. Is your store longing to be seen online, but ecommerce just sounds scary? Maybe if you make one more post that floats off into the digital universe with little more than an echo you may give up all together... Let's not go there. Let's find the solutions to your focused business goals together.
